Ordering is Easy!

Online: We can process your order in the fastest possible way if you place your order online. Simply select desired items and add them to your shopping cart.

By Mail: Be sure to supply all the information requested on the order form. We gladly accept personal checks, money orders or credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard and American Express). Make check or money order payable to VitaDollar.

By Phone or Fax: Call us at 1-800-630-3703 or fax us your order at 1-800-262-9860. Please have your order form filled out completely and your credit card account number and expiration date ready. Always include your phone number on all faxed orders.

Please note: The charge on your credit card statement will be processed through the Wellness Group. Please call 1-800-252-0604 if you have payment questions.

Back Orders

Back Orders occur when the item you have ordered is available, but is not in stock at the time you ordered it. All back orders are shipped promptly once the item is received into our warehouse. Back orders are indicated on your invoice or packing slip. You will be notified of any discontinued or unavailable items.

Special Orders

Are you unable to find the item your are looking for on our web site or in our catalog? We may be able to order it for you. Special Orders occur when we do not typically stock the item that you have called in and requested, but decide to order it for you as a service. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will typically ship special order items separately so that they do not delay the rest of your order shipment. All special orders that are shipped separately from the original order will be charged shipping & handling.

Return Policy

No refunds, exchanges or returns are allowed on Larenim® products. Please take advantage of Larenim® samples.
